Order Processing

All orders are processed in the order they were received.  While we strive to ship all orders within 24 hours, processing time can take 1-3 business days since most of our cookie cutters are made to order.   Depending on the size of order and the current number of orders in the works, the processing time may vary.

 Sizing

 When selecting a size for your cookie cutter, please note that the size is indicating the longest dimension of the cookie cutter.  This may indicate the length or width of the cookie cutter depending on if it is wider than it is tall.  All cookie cutters are made to cut dough up to 1/2" thick.

 Shipping Time

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail unless otherwise specified during the checkout process.  USPS First Class mail typically takes between 2-5 days for shipping within the USA.  For faster shipping, please choose USPS Priority mail to receive your package in 1-3 days.  Shipping times are in addition to the order processing times.
